I'd have to go with 'd'. It could be any of the above depending on the manner and situation in which it was said. I'm kinda leanin' towards a general 'c', though.
I think 'c' is generally right too. I do nonetheless think it can be an amusing thing to say to someone in some situations, but would probably be 'c' if meant seriously.
