so it looks like it will basically rain all week in the DC area. Which will likely hurt my already shaky chances of leaving the apartment. oh well. perhaps it will help me write this paper i'm supposed to be working on. Hey, anyone know anything about agricultural policies and interest groups in Zambia or other southern African countries? (specifically concerning genetically modified foods). Anyone?
